Zoukak Sidewalks - The Festival 2018 / Passes
Zoukak Sidewalks – The Festival 2018 returns this year with theatre, dance and music performances, film screenings, readings, project presentations, public conversations and master classes, which will take place between the 1st and the 11th of November in Beirut.
The Festival is a point of encounter presenting international and local performances and artistic events. It is both a platform for artistic exchange and a space for intercultural reflection.
Today, identity has become the main basis of communication and exchange between people, creating discrimination on various levels. The festival seeks to question the boundaries that have long framed artists within national and cultural identities, and will be focusing on being present together, in the here and now, as an act of solidarity.
This year, entry to all performances happening at Zoukak Studio will be free of charge for Students (upon presenting their Student ID) and for migrant domestic workers.
