Beirut Physical Lab (BPL) is a central hub for contemporary dance and physical theater in Beirut, serving as a focal point for local and international artists to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate, fostering a rich and safe creative environment in the country. 

BPL aims to nurture the next generation of physical performers. We are dedicated to provide young/emerging artists educational and performative opportunities to explore and refine their skills. Through a series of workshops and educational programs, we cater for both emerging professional performers and individuals interested in discovering and exploring movement. We aim to expand these art forms within our local context finding the relation between our culture and the global contemporary scene. We are working on fostering collaborations with international contemporary dance programs and festivals to create pathways for our community to engage with educational and performative opportunities on a global scale.

BPL collaborates with both local and international artists to create performances that not only give voice to various causes but also deepen the audience's understanding and appreciation of contemporary dance and physical theater. Hoping to present a new perspective of these art forms in the local scene.
