GAIA-Heritage is launching In Mar Mikhael, a weeklong event of workshops, exhibitions and urban activities within the EU-funded project MEDNETA. This initiative aims at reinforcing creativity (arts, crafts and design) and enhancing their role in the regeneration of neighborhoods and communities. The project intends to build a Mediterranean network of creativity, linking the artists, craftsmen and designers (ACDs) of the partner cities – Athens, Tunis, Valencia, Florence, Hebron and Beirut – around collaborative activities.

You are warmly invited to attended the Launch Exhibition, which will be taking place at the heart of Mar Mikhael on Friday night (6pm, Fleming Street). The exhibition Behind The Object will display how creatives and local residents connect within the neighbourhood's vibrant atmosphere.
