In this special event, you will learn to release your tension, anger, unrelieved feelings through Artistic expression.

You will discover the different types of expressing your emotions, and basics of stress management through Arts.

In the first session: Arts through drawing with Ivan Debs

We will focus on expressing stuck emotions through drawing and how this contributes to wellness with the renown artist and university instructor Ivan Debs.

In the second session: Wellbeing through acting with Elias Zayek

In this session you will learn to express yourself and get valuable tools for self-improvement and wellness through acting exercises.

The event will be moderated and backed up with scientific facts and information by Randa Farah, organizational psychologist, Master NLP Practitioner, expert in Human Resources Management, wellness and happiness at work.

The main core of the event is practical with drawing tips and self-expression.

About the Trainers

Ivan Debs is a renowned, independent artist, who identifies as a child of the burning sands of Africa and the luscious mountains of Lebanon. Passionate about painting, drawing and art in its entirety, he began working very early on with newspapers and magazines in different countries as well as many different projects in the art field. Recognized as an artist with a calm and discrete character, Ivan expresses himself best through his work. He has won national and international contests such as, but not limited to, Redbull, Samsung, Rotring, and Stephen Marley Artwork contests. Very committed to his belief, it is his fight as an artist to enlighten consciousness. As such, his art integrates poetry and resistance messages to his generation, inspiring them to search, discover, fight, and inspire.

Elias Zayek a Lebanese native, graduated from the prestigious Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles, CA. With over 6 years of dedicated experience in the realm of Well-Being through Drama, he has honed his expertise by working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. He has welcomed individuals dealing with distinct challenges, such as mental helath issues, the elderly, and refugees, through his inclusive approach.

Randa Farah is an HR Specialist, Organisational Psychologist, University Instructor at USJ & ALBA.
