Dearest Lebanese Insead Alumni, 

Further to our Save the Date sent earlier, we’re glad to share with you the full details of the Global Insead Day (GID) which will take place at the Arcenciel - Domaine de Taanayel (https://www.arcenciel.org/activities/ecotourisme-au-domaine-de-taanayel/), on Saturday August 20th starting 10am onwards: 

• Transportation: We will put at your disposal one bus. The latter will leave from Sodeco Square, Achrafieh, Beirut at 9am sharp and will return back from Taanayel at 4.30pm. Places are limited, so if interested, please sign up on the registration form below. Cost of 10 USD + Ihjoz transactional fee will be charged per seat. 
• Activities & Clothing: There will be many activities at the venue, be it for adults or for kids: Cycling, visit to the cheese factory, visit of the farm, visit of the recycling center. Furthemore, Cirquenciel will be there to offer a Juggling workshop and an acrobat show. Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers or running shoes, and a hat. Bring some suncream
• Lunch: Lunch will take place at the Al Khan El Maksoud (https://www.instagram.com/alkhanalmakssoud/?hl=en). It will be across the road from the ‘domaine’ (5 min away). However, as the road is a main one and can be dangerous to cross, we will put  at your disposal a bus to take you to the lunch venue and take you back to the Domaine where your car is parked. 
• Price will be as follows: 

• • • Infant/babies (under 5 year old): free 
    • Kids between 5 and 18 years old: 25 USD + Ihjoz transactional fee 
    • Adults (member, spouse, nannies) - members of the INSEAD Lebanon Alumni Association: 35 USD + Ihjoz transactional fee 
    • Adults (member, spouse, nannies) - Not members of the INSEAD Lebanon Alumni Association: 50 USD + Ihjoz transactional fee
    • All proceeds will go into covering the cost of the event and any extra left will contribute to the INSEAD Lebanon NAA Endowment Fund.
