Seeds of Change: Power of the Word
Seeds of Change: Power of the Word
Seeds of Change — The Power of the Word
Tuesday, October 27 | 6:00–9:00 PM
Usha Yoga, Tripoli
$40 per person | Limited spaces
Words shape the way we see ourselves, the way we relate to others, and the world we create around us.
Some words were given to us.
Some were repeated until they became beliefs.
Some became part of the stories we live by.
This intimate Seeds of Change workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe, listen, reflect, and explore the words we have inherited — and the words we consciously choose to plant moving forward.
Facilitated by Reina Hallab, the evening will unfold in a warm circle-style setting through breathwork, guided reflection, journaling, authentic sharing, and meaningful human connection.
We will explore the Power of the Word through:
* Grounding & breathwork
* Guided reflections and journaling
* Small-group sharing in pairs or groups of three
* An experience with the Seeds of Change Deck
* Tea or ceremonial cacao
* Integration and closing circle
This is more than a conversation about words. It is an opportunity to observe the language living within us, uncover some of the conditioning behind it, and consciously plant new seeds through awareness, expression, and connection.
Please bring:
A journal, a pen, and your openness to explore.
