9:30 am to 10:30 am- Arrival and welcoming

10:30 am to 11:30 am - Mat Pilates & Stretching with Pilamera - Johanna Ghali

11:30 am to 12:00 pm - Coffee Break

12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - Talk Anxiety & Stress Instant Relief Session  with Wellbeing Coach Nadine Kalashe

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm - Lunch buffet by Beit Noun

2:30 to to 5:00 pm - Rotating activities: Facial / Massage / Sound Bath

- Facial with Rivage

- Neck and Shoulder Massage with Cloud Eleven Spa

Sound Bath with floating mats on the pool (in and outside water) with Melhem Zouheiri

- 2:45 to 3:45 pm - Session for Group 1 - Sound Bath

- 4:15 to 5:15 pm - Session for Group 2 - Sound Bath

5:15 pm to 5:30 pm - Wrap-up, group photo and departures
