تعود أمل كعوش إلى "مرسح" بعرض حكي وغناء، تستحضر فيه أمل أغنيات شعبية من ذاكرة فلسطين، كجزء من تراث بلاد الشام الأشمل. يضمّ العرض أيضا مؤلّفات خاصة لأمل وأغنيات عربية معاصرة. يشارك أمل في العرض الفنان جو عوّاد، بتوزيعاته المتميّزة على الغيتار وجورج الشيخ، على الناي والبزق؛ الآلة التي يبرع في تصنيعها بنفسه.

storytelling-music encounter

Amal Kaawash returns to Marsah with a storytelling-music encounter bringing to life songs from the Palestinian tradition; as part of the wider heritage of Bilad El Sham. Amal will also be presenting a number of her original compositions and known Arabic songs. Accompanying her on stage are artists Joe Awwad, with his brilliant guitar arrangements, and Georges Cheikh on both the nay and the buzuk; an instrument he skillfully handcrafts himself
