AltCity, in collaboration with Boot Camp SAL and with the support of the Central Bank through the Circular 331 program, is launching BOOTCAMP, a rapid startup development program that helps teams go from idea to investment in the shortest amount of time possible. The first BOOTCAMP cycle will be held between May 27 and June 10, 2015, with an application deadline of May 6, 2015. Ideation sessions and other workshops and events will be held in April and early May to help people develop new ideas and form strong startup teams.

A launching Press Conference with details of exciting partnerships and activities will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at AltCity (Hamra, Beirut), with the participation of the Boot Camp SAL Board Members including HE Marwan Kheireddine, former Minister of State and CEO of Al-MAWARID Bank; HE Nicolas Sehnaoui, former Minister of Telecommunications; Mr. Samer Azar, CFA, CFO of AltCity and Deputy Director of BOOTCAMP; and Mr. Munir David Nabti, CEO (Chief Entrepreneur & Organizer) of AltCity and Managing Director of BOOTCAMP. Ms. Marianne Hoayek, Executive Director at the Executive Office Unit of the Central Bank of Lebanon, will represent the Central Bank of Lebanon at the Press Conference.
