Ziad Rahbani Tribute: Screening of  ‘ Sahriye ’  (1973) — Lebanon’s Week of Cinema

Ziad Rahbani's ‘ Sahriye ‘ is a musical theatre production that offers a satirical critique of Lebanese society and politics in the 1970s, just before the outbreak of the civil war. A monumental piece in Ziad Rahbani's discography, ‘ Sahriye ‘ features notable songs, including the acclaimed "Elhali Ta'bani," along with other celebrated compositions.
