This year, the Rumman Music Festival returns to Mina, Tripoli, under the theme Blooming. In a world marked by setbacks and shared traumas, we are reminded that, like nature’s seasons, social change moves in cycles: dormancy, growth, shedding, and renewal. Communities, ideas, and identities bloom again and again, even after the harshest storms.

Rumman — the pomegranate — is our symbol, its seeds evoking abundance, resilience, and the promise of collective futures. Through this edition, we nurture spaces where raw, young, and unapologetic voices can take root, break through, and flourish.

It is an invitation to dream together, to reimagine belonging, and to resist with beauty, sound, and collective joy.
