About the Speaker:

Allyson Croft Jerab is the manager of the AMIDEAST Entrepreneur Institute which provides training, support, and networking opportunities for (aspiring) business owners. She is also the regional coordinator of the Arab Women’s Entrepreneurship Program, implemented by AMIDEAST in partnership with Citi Foundation, which offers free training and mentorship to 20 underserved Arab women in each of four countries in the MENA region each year.

Allyson serves on the board of “The Nawaya Network” and is the chairperson of “Lebanon for Entrepreneurs’” Entrepreneurs’ ssistance
Committee. She played a key role in the establishment of the “Global Entrepreneurship Week Lebanon” partnership in 2010, was a ore team member of BDL’s “Entrepreneurs Lebanon” initiative, acted as a judge and advisor for MTV’s “Ideaz Prize” as well as a judge for Beirut Startup-Weekend” and the MTC Touch DevAppLB competition, and was a contributing author for the online edition of “Entrepreneur Levant” magazine.
