Snowshoeing in laklouk & akoura lakes

Are you ready to explore the Wonderful Laqlouq – Akoura Winter Sceneries on Snowshoes🎿.

Where: Laqlouq & Akoura – Jbeil District (65 Km away from Beirut) / 1800m above sea level)

Level 5: Moderate Hike.
Distance: 6 km
walking time: 4 hrs

Description:
Our trail starts from Laqlouq at 1800 m above sea level passing by Magnificent Sceneries till we reach Saydet l Qaren Cross at 2150 m🏔. Then we will go down near the Frozen Lakes.

What to get:

• Water 🥛 (2 Liters at least)
• Wear a snowsuit or anything waterproof to prevent your clothes from getting wet.
• Wear waterproof boots (preferably after-ski boots), or get thick nylon bags to cover your walking shoes.
• Woolen hat & Gloves🧤.
• Extra pair of socks🧦.
• Sandwiches🌯 (For Lunch), Healthy Snacks🥙, Dried Fruits🍒, Nuts …
• Sunglasses 🕶
• Sunscreen
• Backpack 🎒
• ID

( We can pick up hikers along our way) (we also have a breakfast stop)

Fees: 25$ per person including snowshoes rental, transportation, guiding, and photographer)  
 15$ per person if by your car  including snowshoes rental & guiding, photographer)
