You Run We Plant. 

With every registration a donation will be made to plant a tree with Lebanon Reforestation Initiative.

REGISTRATION INFO

• Race Registration ends on May 20, 2024 at 11:00am
• Registration Fees is 26USD including LAF and Referee Fees
• 1$ from each participation payment will be donnated to plant trees with Lebanon Reforestation Initiative

RACE TIMING & LOCATION

• Line up: 7:00AM
• Start time: 7:15AM
• End time: 9:00AM
• Start Line: Inside Fouad Chehab Stadium 

RACE DETAILS

• This race is supervised by the LAF who will give each runner his/her official finish gun time.
• LAF is the sole responsible party if any runner wishes to object or verify his/her race result.
• Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect data submission from the participant upon registration.
• Race Day Award Ceremony is at 9:00AM and ONLY for the Overall winners of the 10KM Race.
• Age Category Award Ceremony (Men/Women) will be held at AUST Achrafieh. Date to be confirmed.

BIB PICKUP INFORMATION

• Dates: 29, 30, 31 May 2024.
• Time: 9:00AM till 7:00PM. 
• Venue: Malik's Bookshop Achrafieh (01 425 808).

BIB INSTRUCTIONS

• Do NOT switch your BIB with any participant.
• Do NOT fold or wrinkle your BIB. 
• Pin the BIB clearly on your chest using the four pins available in the envelope. 
• The BIB should stay on the chest from START TO FINISH to make sure you get your official time.
• NO BIB- NO Timing.

AGE CATEGORY MEN & WOMEN:

      Age Categories are set as per Lebanese Athletics Federation's rule.

• (16-17), (18,19), (20-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-54), (55-59), (60- 64), (65 - 69), (70 - 74), (75 -79), 80+

HELPFUL INFO

• It’s almost flat course with minimal elevation.
• Roads will be closed as of 6:30am till 9:00am.
• Parking spots available at Fouad Chehab Stadium.
• Toilets available at Fouad Chehab Stadium.
• No Baggage Handling Service available, you may leave your bags inside the cars parked in the Stadium.

ANTI -DOPING

      With reference to the Lebanese Olympic committee Anti-Doping Regulations / World Athletics-AIU and the WADA code, we at the Qarari Association  are committed to upholding the principles of clean sport and ensuring a fair and level playing field for all participants. 

      We strongly believe that doping is unacceptable in sports as it compromises fair competition and the integrity of the sport. To uphold the highest standards of clean sport, any participant who does not comply with doping tests will face serious consequences. According to our zero-tolerance policy on doping, any athlete who refuses or fails a doping test will receive an automatic two-year ban from all future Run to Rise events. Additionally, the LAF may take further actions with the WAF.
