In 1965 in the region of Dhofar, an extraordinary guerrilla movement rose up against the son of Saïd Ibn Taimour, the Sultan of Oman who had just been overthrown in a coup organized by the British secret service. The Hour of Liberation Has Arrived is an uncompromising documentary about a revolution in the making, and the unique story of a forgotten war.
In Arabic with English subtitles.
Screening is free of charge but places are limited.
