In this talk, participants will learn how their brain functions and why it
creates challenges. These challenges create physical symptoms that stops
them from moving forward in their life, and they tend to resort to goal
setting and positive thinking as a wide range of the personal development
field suggests, the thing is this doesn’t work in challenging situations.
Using the Disney Creativity Strategy and the Wheel of Change allows them
to define the situation and move towards a more empowering future that is
in their control. In addition to learning a self-hypnosis technique that allow
them to go from Stress to Relaxation in less than minutes.
