Hike & Explore Baadaran

Situated in the heart of Chouf, Baadaran is known for its rich history, stunning artifacts, and breathtaking scenery. From the beautiful traditional houses to the ancient weaving techniques, we will Explore the magical village of Baadaran.

EVENT DETAILS:

Our hike will start by Exploring the famous Baadaran Castle, Old Churches and Traditional Houses. Then pass by a Pine Forest and take a rest at Ain AL Sayfeye Water Spring. Then make our way to the forgotten Airport to reveal the gorgeous scenery that surrounds it. This spot is considered one of the most beautiful natural and touristic areas in Baadaran. It overlooks the Barouk river and Bisri valley.
After that we will discover a Hidden Ancient Craft "Nawl - Loom". It was first founded in 1918 by Sheikh Zeidan Ahmad Baz, and was later passed on to his grandson Nabil Baz who will be our guide.
At the end of our day we will head to Baz guesthouse and spend a laid-back afternoon and have some delicious home made food and calm ambiance.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:

Wear comfortable clothes and SHOES SUITABLE FOR HIKING.
Bring with you a backpack, cap, jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen.
Water and healthy snacks.
ID or Passport, Insurance Card (If available).
Positive energy and a smile :)
