Who is the trainer?

Dalida Jaafar, started her career in medical clinical research, but she realized that she was stuck in a vicious cycle, so she became interested in developing her entrepreneurial skills through opening her own business. Dalida gained great experience and success in marketing and started training and influencing her colleagues to develop better skills and improve their lives, where she discovered that her real passion is in supporting her team members , training them and developing their leadership skills, so her main job became coaching and guiding them. this motivated her to dive further in self-development and building leadership skills, so she became a professional speaker trainer and coach.
Dalida Jaafar gathered her research background with her sales and marketing experience in addition to her deep studies in personal behavior, NLP, psychology and leadership and is now training and coaching with several NGOs and private companies in Lebanon and also coaching plenty of clients especially in building self- development ,leadership skills and successful business habits
