Join us at Progressions Group on Saturday 26th of October at 10 am to discover the healing power of breathwork and essential oils. During this workshop, you will explore the amazing world of essential oils and their health benefits. You will learn how to use them safely and effectively to manage health conditions in an efficient way without side effects. 

Essential oils are indeed a precious gift from nature with amazing health benefits. We will go through aromatherapy and the art and science of using essential oils extracted from aromatic plants to enhance health as well as beauty. We will cover the usages and benefits of lavender, peppermint, lemon, tea tree, eucalyptus, sweet basil and sweet orange, amongst other things. 

We will also introduce breathwork and the benefits of non-ordinary states of consciousness, the Dimensional Awareness Process (DAP) and the use of essential oils for transpersonal meditations. 

This workshop will include a short coffee break and an opportunity to have one-on-one personalized discussions for your specific inquiries and conditions after the talks.

For an easier follow-up during the talk, informational material covering the main content will be distributed to the participants and a free natural blend consisting of a mixture of 3 essential oils for skin care will be offered.    

 Dr. Chadi Abi Ghosn

 After having earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy, Chadi ABI-GHOSN focused his attention on patient’s care, which he enriched by a decade of academic pharmacology teaching. Holder of an Executive MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal, he specialized in the world of essential oils and this was a turning point in his life and career. 

Driven by passion, he took the mission to raise awareness and to educate people about the health benefits of essential oils and to create natural and efficient health solutions.

 Chadi is a member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists and a certified instructor at Joyessence Aromatherapy Center in Ontario. 

He is routinely delivering educational courses and seminars on Aromatherapy to a multinational audience, from the Middle-East to Canada. 

His mission and passion are to raise awareness about essential oils and to provide natural and efficient health solutions.

 Marc Mallat

 Marc Mallat, transpersonal psychotherapist and trainer with a very extensive background in practicing and teaching transpersonal psychology. He is also a hypnotherapist and holder of a doctorate in business administration (D.B.A) and has more than 30 years of experience in personal development training. 

He has traveled extensively throughout the world, acquiring “hands on” knowledge and practical expertise in several different types of psychotherapies and behavioral change methods. He has also been trained in using “non ordinary states of consciousness” (NOSC), plant and alternative medicine to help bring about positive, permanent and effective transformation at the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels, and has dedicated himself to intense “inner work” and continuous and never ending improvement.
