For the 12th consecutive year, the Association du PolyLiban is organizing the
"Polyathlon des Cèdres" and PolyLiban "THE WILD ROUTE" 2019.
Poly-athletes wishing to participate in Polyathlon and/or PolyLiban are requested to download and read the full event guide which includes all details, safety measures, equipment checklist and important reminders before they register.

POLYLIBAN THE WILD ROUTE
September 30 to October 3, 2019
The 12th special edition of PolyLiban "THE WILD ROUTE" will take us into a magnificent and unforgettable 4-days journey to discover Mount Lebanon, starting in Arez all the way to Ain Trez, crossing Lebanon's most beautiful mountains, valleys, plains, and hills, passing by more than 100 villages and towns. PolyLiban's "Bees Route" consists of 310 km with +8,500 m elevation gain!
Level: DIFFICULT!!!
Number of participants in PolyLiban "The Wild Route" is LIMITED TO 40 persons on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS

Sunday, September 29th, 2019 – 5:00 PM
Arrival to Lebanese Army Ski School in Bcharreh starting 5:00 PM for check-in.
Polyliban participants should ensure their own transportation to the army school.
Monday, September 30th, 2019 (Arez – Tannourine Tahta - Afqa) - DAY 1
Distance 72 km - Elevation gain 2,200 m

Registration procedure:
- All participants are required to register for PolyLiban "THE Wild Route" on IHJOZ before Monday, September 23, 2019
(DOES NOT REQUIRE ONLINE PAYMENT). - Registrations after September 23rd, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- To confirm your registration, all participants should attend the Info Meeting and provide the following:
- Copy of your ID (or a copy of your passport)
- Copy of your medical insurance (MANDATORY)
- Payment (USD 120 or LBP 180,00)
- If you do not attend the Info meeting your registration will be automatically CANCELED and your spot will be given to another participant.
- Who can participate in the PolyLiban? Anyone over 18 years old in good health with no heart or respiratory problems.
- The Info Meeting (MANDATORY for all participants) will be held on September 2, 2019, @ 7:30 pm in AUST Ashrafieh.

Free Bike & Helmet Rental:
Free bikes and helmet rental from CycloSport - (mountain bikes) -
- Please show your IHJOZ ticket
- A deposit of LBP 50,000 is required with a copy of your ID.
- Picking up the Bike & Helmet and returning them to CycloSport is the responsibility of each participant.

Participation fees*:
PolyLiban "THE WILD ROUTE": 180 000 LBP (or 120$)
A special edition cycling jersey will be available:
60 000 LBP (or 40$)
*Fees include all accommodation, refueling, escorting, bags transportation and transfer, and all meals.
*The Polyathlon & PolyLiban are not for profit events, the symbolic fees cover part of the cost. Any additional donation for the Association is welcomed.
