The Program consist on a set of assaults that mostly happen on the street and in our daily lives and how to protect yourself against them 

Psychological and technical preparation and simulation will be studied based on accurate principals of safe methodologies to insure success of the movements. 

This training will cover some basic movements that could save your life to protect yourself from attacks, thefts, rape or any type of violence.
