Hike4AD: Hike for a cause is organizing a hike to support Sesobel.
Destination: Al-shouf Cedar Nature Reserve: Barouk Section.
Description of the Event:
Al-Shouf Cedar Nature Reserve represents around 550 km² of Lebanese territory. The reserve makes up 5 percent of the entire territory of the country and 70 percent of Lebanon's green area, making it the largest nature reserve in the Middle East. Oak, pine and juniper are some of the 16 types of trees that also grow in the reserves.

Meeting Time and Point: 8:00 AM, Jal el Dib highway parking before DHL. We will pick you up on the way.
PS: Parking tickets (3000LL per car no included in event cost)
Back to meeting point: 6:00PM+Hike trail: Easy 4 to5 KM approx. 2.00 -2:30
Description of the Event:
We will have the chance to spend a beautiful day and interact, hike, walk, talk, sing with Sesobel children while enjoying and taking amazing photos of the beautiful and spectacular views:
Our trail will be a loop in the forest between the cedars, going up to reach beautiful site views before going down to the artificial lake, take amazing photos before going down again to the reserve entrance.
What to Get: Healthy snacks that will boost up your energy. Pack your backpacks with your lunch box, water, cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Do not forget to get a jacket. Wear comfortable walking shoes, preferably hiking shoes.
Registration Fees: Participants is 45,000 LL per person including transportation (Pullman), Reserve entrance and local reserve guide (Personal insurance is not covered).
