Moutabal - Sesame Eggplant Dip

Taboule – Lamina's Signature Recipe

Mudardra – The Traditional Recipe

Balila – Chickpeas Recipe

Chef Rima el Khodr is a passionate self-made cook. Her passion led her to Paris where she enrolled in several workshops and spread the Lebanese Cuisine in the French capital. She also spent one-year training in Paris with Top Chef David Fricaud.
