About L'Inventif

L'Inventif is a startup that is looking to create new work opportunities for local crafters and small businesses by organizing events for individuals and businesses.

We aim on re-energizing the local economy by creating work opportunities. We also work on collaborating with local NGOs to make an even greater impact.

About the Event

Enjoy making a mankouche with a local baker, and support small local businesses. Explanation will be in Arabic, then translated to French and English.

You will be making your own mankouche with Maalim Ghassan in his little bakery in Bourj Hammoud, in a small group of 5 to 10 participants. Maalim Ghassan will help you thin the dough and shape it, spread your toppings, and bake it in the oven. Then you will enjoy your mankouche with a soft drink in the good old "chraba redda" glass bottle, or a juice in a glass bottle.

The event is open to individuals aged 10 and up, and it is the first of many that we are preparing to support local small businesses and local crafters. The profit of our events is split between us and the local crafters we work with.
