The workshop is 3 hours and will help you embrace your journey in pregnancy and connect more with your body as well as little baby.
We will be learning :
- Breathing techniques that help you in labor & birthing
- Yoga moves that help you with the body comfort and fluidity (decreasing swellings and backpain)
- Guided visualization that assists you in preparing your mind and body for the birthing day, and as so adding comfort to your journey.

About the trainer:
Sarah believes in the power of mindfulness training. In Mindfulness practice, we learn to perceive and handle situations with awareness (no reaction) and away from worrying and fear about the future.
Sarah is a certified Yoga teacher who specialized in prenatal yoga with Birthlight from the UK.
Also being a ThetaHealing(R) practioner, she has merged her trainings together and shares the knowledge with pregnant mamas who are willing to delve deeper into connecting with their body, mind and baby through yoga and mindfulness activities.
