VERY IMPORTANT:

- Make sure to have a good breakfast before the ride

- Every cyclist should be in FULL AUTONOMY with his/her own Water, Snacks, Bike repair tools, and EXTRA TUBES

- ANY CYCLIST WHO IS UNABLE TO CONTINUE THE RIDE WILL HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STARTING POINT ON HIS/HER OWN
