The Life of a Goddess will take you on an adventure journeying the enriching life of Persephone, the Goddess of the underworld and spring. We will also meet her mother Demeter, her partner Hades, the wise Hicate and the cheeky Baibo. ✨
We will become acquainted with her life as Kore, the initially young and innocent maiden who grows into the beautiful Persephone. With Hades, God of the underworld, she spends the third of her life there with him in winter. Following her reunion with her mother Demeter, goddess of agriculture, Persephone resurfaces from the underworld as the Goddess of rebirth and spring.
What better way to heal than with the cycles of life in nature? 🌷🌷
They are 3 consecutive workshops on Thursday, May 16, 23 and 30 from 6.30 to 9.00 pm.
Course fees are 40 USD per session to a total of 120 USD, including art materials, tea/coffee, and healthy snacks.

What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a form of mental health, similar in nature to Psychotherapy. However, it encourages the exploration of fine arts as a healing tool. Moreover, it stimulates creativity which leads to a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
Why have I chosen Art Therapy?
In the creative process, we release emotional blockages, resistances or self-sabotage. As a result, our awareness is heightened and we are able to develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, and reduce stress which is the number one culprit in physical and mental health.
Who could benefit?
Art Therapy benefits people of all ages who have difficulties expressing themselves verbally, adjusting socially, or managing their emotions. Moreover, it alleviates symptoms of people suffering from addictions, anxiety, attention disorder, grief, loss, dementia, depression, autism, physical illness, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues.
What is included in the session?
Talk therapy takes place in either group or one to one sessions including drawing, painting, collage, modeling, sculpting, and journaling. I may also use movement, drama, and musical experimentation from the expressive arts. In my workspace in Beirut and Brummana, I work inspirationally by using a variety of tools that meet my clients'needs.
