Carlos Khachan holds a PhD in sensory analysis from UCL - Belgium/ AUB Lebanon, a BE in Agriculture Engineering and a Masters in Food Science from INAPG - France
He is a Sommelier from l'Université du Vin - France
Founder of Club Grappe the first wine tasting Club in town
French Wine Importer & wine maker
University teacher - teaching enology (wine science)
