About Boris
Boris has over 15 years of professional experience in organization-wide culture shaping, leadership development, and coaching. He has partnered with senior leaders in organizations such as Rolls Royce, NATO, Nomad Foods, L’Occitane, Hertz, Novartis, and Citi Bank.
Until recently Boris was responsible for driving the corporate-wide culture shaping efforts at Majid Al Futtaim (Dubai), a leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Prior to his work as a consultant Boris was heading up the Leadership Development activities at a global division at Siemens.
Boris supports the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA), a non-profit organization supporting talented leaders on their path (melanetwork.org). His Book “The Chief Energy Officer” will be available in September 2019 (borisdiekmann.com).
