VERY IMPORTANT
- Make sure to have a consistent breakfast before the ride -
- very cyclist should be in FULL AUTONOMY with his/her own Water, Snacks, Bike repair tools, and Extra tubes -
- Helmets are mandatory, no helmet -> no ride -
ANY CYCLIST WHO IS UNABLE TO CONTINUE THE RIDE WILL HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STARTING POINT ON HIS/HER OWN
