• 01:00 PM - 01:30 PM: Break & Unwind
• 01:30 PM - 02:15 PM: Acro Yoga - Session 2 with Live Music
• 02:15 PM - 03:00 PM: Spontaneous Fun & Photography
• 03:00 PM - 04:00 PM: Hike Back - à bientôt

TIPS & DETAILS:

• Be at Spinney's - Hazmieh exactly between 08:00 to 08:15 am not to miss the group
• Have a morning power snack & keep some light snacks on you during the day
• Wear impermeable clothes w hat & gloves
• Have a 2nd pair of socks & pants if you think you might need them
• Good to have hiking sticks if available
• Get your yoga matt, snowshoe rackets or call us to book them if you don't have them
• You don't need to know AcroYoga or be very fit
• We're not serving breakfast & lunch
• We can't accept on-site reservations
