WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Supply chain management principles and benefits, the role of logistics and inventory management, procurement and purchasing, demand and capacity planning. This training course gives practical applications of the main theories in supply chain management.

Participants will gain valuable knowledge about supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and continuous improvement. This will help in better decisions and planning for good supply chain relationships and performance.
