Chef Rima will present this traditional Lebanese meal with her own secret recipe that makes it one of the finest taste of all.
The origin of this meal dates back to the days of Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II, During his rule for Baghdad, Daoud Pasha loved these eaters so much that he ate them on a daily basis.
2- HARAK OSBAO
Harak Osbao is a traditional recipe made of lentils and pasta. What makes it special is Chef Rima’s special combination of spices, pasta made from scratch and the crunchy fried bread topping.

Chef Rima el Khodr is a passionate self-made cook. Her passion led her to Paris where she enrolled in several workshops and spread the Lebanese Cuisine in the French capital. She also spent one-year training in Paris with Top Chef David Fricaud.
