Speaker biography:
Ihab Badawi is a Corporate Advisor & Leadership Coach, founder of Interactive Business Gears (IBG), a firm specializing in Organizational Leadership through Human Capital Optimization, and a faculty member and Director of Training at Coach Masters Academy in the Middle East.
With over 21 years of experience in International Sales, Marketing & Business Development, he has managed cross cultural teams across 58 countries adding to his experience in organizational and employee behavior. Ihab took various key roles in his career, last of which being a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Vice President and a Managing Director for leading organizations in the MEA region.
As a Professional Certified Coach and the head of the Coach Masters Academy in the Middle East, Ihab supports companies in the region to undergo business transformation while aiming for Customer Excellence and Sustainable Growth, as well as individuals in developing their career and undergo their personal growth journey.
Ihab is currently an ICF – Lebanon Chapter board member and head of the training committee. He acts as a business adviser & member of board for several organizations in the region as well as being an executive coach for senior directors in the region.
