                                                                            WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The workshop aims to support individuals with the basic skills to analyze ad criticize problems at the workplace. Individuals will be able to visualize, to articulate, to draw out and to solve problems. This workshop supports individuals with tools to think critically concerning the work environment; this enhances skills as decision making, problem solving, and creative thinking to promote thoughtful arguments and conclusions.
