In this session, we will be looking at the importance of business models, an overview of the Business Model Canvas and the description of its 9 blocks.

Business Model in Practice
In this second session, we will be looking at some examples of business models (Multi-sided, Freemium, etc.) and how to use the Business Model Canvas as a scorecard for the development of your own business model.
