The workshop’s source of information and practices are based on North American learning, executable in Lebanon or overseas, the content is customized for the expected crowd to help them improve financial literacy as well as financial education. (The Context is expanded from “Rich Dad Poor Dad” institute’s workshops) The Workshop is information  intense and stretches over 2 weeks, 2 days in total, each day 7.5 hours,  total running time is 15 hours; Different strategies of investing in real estate will be introduced.

“Live market deals and negotiation cases” is part of the workshop to stimulate the acquired skill and encourage the participants to execute the knowledge in real life. Prior to the workshop attendees will be provided with a manual to read and prepare, this would help with familiarization and would ease up the learning process.

Starting from the first day attendees will be provided with a designated company email address for communication, questions and / or clarification about the workshop, the facilitator will monitor and answer all emails; when the workshop is finished, participants will still be able to email and ask any questions. The workshop provides insights on what the rich teach their kids about money that the poor and middle class do not. Certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the workshop.
