WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
This workshop introduces and works on developing the concepts and issues related to “Banking Security” and securing information systems at all types of the industries. The workshop tackles the main security policies currently followed, the organizational security concepts, assets classification and control, personnel security, physical and environmental security, system development and maintenance, importance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and the security matters in compliance and purchasing. Upon completion, attendants should be able to identify information security risks at their institutes, create and follow an information security policy, and identify security processes.
GENERAL WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
- To Raise Awareness about the” Cyber Threats” and the exposure to it.
- To Explore and Master the Information Security Management Methods in Lebanon and the MENA region.
- To Implement and Develop the Audience’s own Cyber Security Solutions against Everyday Possible Threats.
THIS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED FOR
Possible audience can be Information Security officers at Banks, or any other type of the industries. Also, employees in middle and large business companies, who have digitized jobs and deal with the Computer and Shared/Exposed folders over the intranet or the internet.
