For the 11th consecutive year, the Association du PolyLiban is organizing the
"Polyathlon des Cèdres" and PolyLiban "THE GRAND TOUR" 2018.

Poly-athletes wishing to participate in Polyathlon and/or PolyLiban are requested to download and read the full event guide which includes all details, safety measures, equipment checklist and important reminders before they register.

POLYLIBAN THE GRAND TOUR

September 23 to 30, 2018

The 11th special edition of PolyLiban "THE GRAND TOUR" will take us into a magnificent and unforgettable 7-days journey to discover all of Lebanon starting from Qolayat in Akkar plain all the way to Naqoura on the southern coast of Lebanon, crossing Lebanon's most beautiful mountains, valleys, plains, and hills, passing by more than 300 villages and towns. PolyLiban "THE GRAND TOUR" has a total length of 600 km with +15,000 m elevation gain!

Registration procedure:

1. All participants are required to register for PolyLiban "THE GRAND TOUR" on IHJOZ before Monday, September 3, 2018
   (DOES NOT REQUIRE ONLINE PAYMENT).
   
   
2. Registrations after September 3rd, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
   
   
3. To confirm your registration, all participants should attend the Info Meeting and provide the following:
   • Copy of your ID (or a copy of your passport)
   • Copy of your medical insurance (MANDATORY)
   • Down payment (USD 100 or LBP 150,00) remaining fees (USD 133 or LBP 200,000) will be paid during PolyLiban check-in on September 24
     
     
4. If you do not attend the Info meeting your registration will be automatically CANCELED and your spot will be given to another participant.
   
   
5. Who can participate in the PolyLiban?Anyone over 18 years old in good health with no heart or respiratory problems.
   
   
6. The Info Meeting (MANDATORY for all participants) will be held on September 5, 2018, @ 7:15 pm in AUST Ashrafieh.

Free Bike & Helmet Rental:

Free bikes and helmet rental from CycloSport - (mountain bikes) -

• Please show your IHJOZ ticket
• A deposit of LBP 50,000 is required with a copy of your ID.
• Picking up the Bike & Helmet and returning them to CycloSport is the responsibility of each participant.

Participation fees*:

PolyLiban "THE GRAND TOUR": 350 000 LBP (or 233$)

A special edition cycling jersey will be available:

60 000 LBP (or 40$)

*Fees include all accommodation, refueling, escorting, bags transportation and transfer, and all meals.

*The Polyathlon & PolyLiban are not for profit events, the symbolic fees cover part of the cost. Any additional donation for the Association is welcomed.
