JUSTINE TANACHIAN
Chef Justine was born to a foodie addict family and was always interested in food and cooking.
She learned the cooking art from her grandmother since she was only nine years old. During her stay in the United States, she attended cooking classes at “Surfas” and “Sur la Table” and gained extensive expertise in food safety and detox food practice. Back in her hometown, she launched “ Justine's’ Cakes” a home-cooked pastry delivery service. Chef Justine's experience in pastry, her understanding of the Mediterranean palate and her ability to infuse flavors into each dish make her a perfect addition to Lamina’s Kitchen chefs.
