Driven by awareness and consciousness, we bring solutions and examples to help humanity gain its self-sustainability back by remembering ancient ways and finding new ones to create everlasting communities.

6 DAYS / 5 NIGHTS CAMPING - 4 DAYS FESTIVAL PROGRAM
Each day will be represented by an element & medicine wheel direction:
- Thursday: EARTH / NORTH (to ground people in the environment and space)
- Friday: WIND / EAST (to help people connect communicate and mix)
- Saturday: FIRE / SOUTH (to purge and let go)
- Sunday: WATER/ WEST (to float away full-filled and energized)
Through AYWA Festivals we hope to empower and grow land all around Lebanon and set a new example of what living in harmony with each other and nature can be. We hope to exercise similar events in as many different lands as possible to help grow our collective dreams.
Opening & Closing times:
- OPENING: Our gates will open on Wednesday September 19th at 12pm, all stands and vendors are required to build their area during this day. Guests are welcome to come and get the best camping spots.
- Closing: Our gates will close on Monday September 24th at 6pm. We ask that all guests depart towards this time.
Note: All Food & Beverage services will start winding down on Sunday & vendors may remain till Monday at their own discretion.
FREE WATER! Please bring your re-usable cups and bottles and drink plenty of water for FREE!
GUIDELINES:
-CHILDREN: We are expecting a good number of Aywa kids, in case you see a child in distress or lost please kindly find a crew member or volunteer so we can resolve the situation.
-FOOD & BAR: Buy your tokens from designated areas in the festival. No cash will be excepted at any Food or Bar stalls.
-SMOKING: is forbidden outside music stages and designated smoking areas. For everyone’s safety and comfort please avoid roaming around while smoking.
-FIRE: All fires are Strictly Forbidden do to extreme fire risks and hazards. Please join and tend to the festival communal fires around. Do not light candles near your tent and never leave your candles unattended.
-EMERGENCY CARE: Please visit our Red Cross tent for medical needs. We also have holistic remedies available at the Holistic Temple. Drug harm reduction area provided by SKOUN.
-WRISTBANDS: Kindly keep your wristband on at all times. If your wristband is damaged, you can bring it to the door to have it replaced. If found without a wristband you will be escorted out of the festival or asked to pay for a ticket.
-CAMPING: Please respect nature and avoid camping outside designated areas, if you need help kindly seek assistance from our crew & volunteers. For safety and comfort NO fires, generators, our sound systems.
-RESPECT MOTHER NATURE! LEAVE NO TRACE!
At the entrance you will receive two trash bags- one black and one blue. Please put all your recyclable waste in the blue bag and organic waste in the black bag. As you leave the festival area you can drop your bags in the garbage area across the river. Please do not throw your cigarette buds on the ground, use a portable ashtray or bottle.
-ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Are strictly forbidden on festival grounds and organizers take no responsibility for the possession or consumption thereof.
-MOST IMPORTANT: Take good care of yourself and look out for everyone in the festival. Drink plenty of water, rest, swim carefully.
AYWA SERVICES:
-PARKING: Please use the Ain Dara Municipality parking! AYWA shuttle buses ill bring you to the venue.
-INFORMATION STAND: Do you need any assistance or information? Come to us! Open from 9am till 10pm.
-MEDICAL CARE: In case of emergency please contact our crew members. First Aid tent and Holistic remedies can be found near the Holistic Temple.
- FOOD & BEVERAGE: Most will be open from 9am till 10pm. Generally, service is closed in the late evenings.
-FREE WATER: There are several water points around the festival please bring your cup or bottle and drink as much as you need.
-AYWA SHUTTLE BUS: There is one shuttle bus per day from Beirut places are limited. The shuttle bus to and from the parking area is available at 20min intervals. We will increase buses as needed.
-TENTS: You can rent a 2 person tent by pre-ordering on your ticket, there will be extremely limited tents on-site otherwise.
- COMPOST TOILETS: You will find a variety of compost toilets available, please follow instructions as these will be beautiful trees in the near future.
