OVERVIEW:

Let's unite to make Lebanon healthier, by celebrating mindful living in the midst of the most breathtaking urban setting imaginable.

You will enjoy a variety of yoga classes provided by seven participating studios, several informative workshops on health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle-related topics, healthy bites & snacks from the food corner and live music.

At sunset, join the biggest yoga class ever held in Beirut, when all our instructors perform the same sequence with the attendees.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND:

Although sometimes our excuses can make us act against our better judgment, we will prove that health and fitness are serious topics in today's sedentary society.

All types of diseases may not be cured, but some can be controlled to some extent, or avoided. With your participation, you will be raising awareness and support a cause, as 20% of the proceeds will go to the Children's Cancer Center Lebanon (CCCL) and DiaLeb.

While in the process of creating balance within our mind, body and soul, this day will turn some tables and make people realize that change should be made - no matter how small. Beirut will know that it isn’t only a place for night-life, but also a place for such a vibrant wellness community.
