If you are someone who feels you need to work on your self-image and self-confidence you should consider joining us this Friday.
Through acting techniques, you will have the tools to self explore and expand your self confidence and imagination needed to overcome your limiting beliefs and enhance your self-image. Exercises will vary from enhancing public speaking communication techniques, conflict resolution in all areas (work, family, relationship, etc..), body and voice awareness, unleashing imagination and creativity flow, to overcoming limiting belief, which will all fall under the main purpose of the workshop, that is building self-confidence.
In this introductory session, you will start to understand the difference between self-confidence and self-esteem and how the program can help you unleash what you already have; because we were all born with high self-confidence and self-esteem.
During the 6 weeks program, you will be enjoying your time acting and at the same time working on developing your perceptions and overcoming your limiting beliefs. Your one of a kind healing process:
- Replacing negative thoughts and behaviours with positive ones
- Setting goals and achieving them
- Problem-solving in any situation (work, family, relationship, etc)

About our expert: Coach Elisa Chammassian
Elisa Chammassian is a communication arts graduate and an esteemed theatre teacher, and has given a wide variety of workshops throughout her career. Since becoming a life coach she has lately tailored a workshop customized for the main purpose of enhancing self confidence as she feels the combination of life coaching through acting techniques will be most beneficial to people whether they are looking to build up self confidence to a higher level or fortify it with specific exercises she will be giving throughout the program.
