Nadine Bitar is a CBT psychotherapist, specializing in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
She has lived most of her life in the UK, where she gained a Bsc and a Msc in Psychology, as well as an advanced integrative degree in CBT/REBT. She is a member of the National Counselling Society (UK), and has lately moved back to Beirut, where she’s currently practicing.
Nadine believes that an action oriented and compassionate approach to emotional problems is important when working with clients.
