Empower U aims at educating, empowering, raising awareness, stimulating innovative thinking skills and capacity building among youth within the financial, entrepreneurial and self-development domains.

The event will be a full day of workshops and training from 09:30 till 05:30 on four themes:

Theme 1: Health awareness and education

• Session 1- Body as Medicine - Healing diseases naturally - Firas Darwiche
• Session 2- Identifying workplace stressors & how to manage them (including communication & problem solving skills) - Elie Khoury

Theme 2: Personal Empowerment

• Session 1- Winning your interview (pre, during & post preparations, what to ask & what not to ask etc.) - Amal Issa.
• Session 2- Emotional intelligence - Youmna Naufal.
  

Theme 3: Financial Management

• Session 1- How to manage your finances - Bachar Mahmasani.
• Session 2- Credit Cards & Loans: Tips & Tricks - Marie-Chantale Sundberg.

Theme 4: Entrepreneurship (Total of 3 hours)

• Session 1- Entrepreneurs : Starting your own business - Nour Atrissi.
• Session 2- Social Media Strategy for Business - Mohammad Hijazi.

Each session will be an hour and a half.

There will be two themes running in parallel in the morning, followed by a lunch break, and the last two themes running in the afternoon, also in parallel.
