Join us for a sketch trip and getaway weekend in Maaser El Chouf, to explore the sense of the village and transform it into beautiful sketches to be exhibited.

This event is done in coperation with the Municipality of maaser al chouf.

Schedule:

Saturday, 10th of June

7:00am Gathering point in Dawra - Byblos Bank.
7:30am Moving to Chouf.
9:30-10:00am Arriving to Beit El Hana.
10:00-11:00am IceBreaker and team building Activities.
11:00-12:00pm Free Time.
12:00-3:00pm "Sketching Cities|Chouf" workshop with Judy J. Abi Roustom/ Judy's Sketchbook.
After 3:00pm Free time to enjoy the area and sketch, with our guidance when needed.

Sunday, 11th of June

8:00 Breakfast.
10:00am-12:00pm A tour in the village and sketching time.
12:00-2:00pm Free time.
2:00pm Setting up the exhibition.
3:00-7:00pm Exhibition of the participant's Sketches.

Full Package Fees:
$80/Person including transportation, accomodation and workshop(without tools).
Lunch and dinner a la carte.
Full package capacity: 10 participants.
Rooms available: 5 Double Rooms

Workshop Only Fees:
$20 participation without tools.
$30 participation+tools.
Workshop Capacity: up to 25 participants.

Sunday's Gathering (10:00-12:00pm) is free of charge (you manage your transportation).

Only those who participate in the gathering on Sunday, will be able to exhibit their work.

We advise you to get:
Sunblock, jacket, sweater, caps and comfortable shoes.
It's hot by daytime, breezy at night

In case of event cancellation, participants will be refunded.
