The workshop will have activities and practical tips as well as scientific explanations on the origin and causes of stress. As well as a tasting session of relaxing teas and their benefits.

Lunch and coffee breaks prepared by the Blue House Tea of rare and organic blends will be included.

The workshop will be followed by an optional Yoga and relaxation session in the afternoon.

After the session you will be able to understand better what causes you stress, assess your stress level, understand what happens in your brain and chemicals during stress and get a toolbox of solutions to implement in your life and that will help you deal better with stress.
