Summary:
This highly interactive workshop is specifically designed to help participants differentiate between the role of a manager and a leader. The main objective is to equip participants with the correct tools and practices that allow them to confidently inspire, motivate, and lead their teams. By the end of the workshop each participant will draw a clear individual action plan for development in order to ensure the implementation of the Learning.
