Summary:

This workshop introduces participants to creative thinking and innovation in the workplace. During the workshop, participants will develop creative thinking skills, learn how to mentally and physically prepare for creativity, and use it to generate ideas and solve problems. The workshop includes tips and tools to help you prepare your mind and body for creativity. Participants will also learn how to organize creative teams, conduct effective team sessions, avoid roadblocks to team creativity, increase creativity in a team, and use the creative problem-solving process.
