Join Us this Month for a Prenatal Weekend at Houna Centre!

This month we are offering the 9 hours of Prenatal/Childbirth Education over one Weekend instead of 3 Saturdays.

The sessions will be from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday & Sunday at Houna Centre :)

The 2 sessions will cover all the couples need to know about preparation to Childbirth, Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding.

Forget about the Old Wives tales you will be hearing now and after you give birth, and listen to all the scientific information on how to prepare for a joyful birth and how to raise a physically and emotionally healthy baby.

The Price for the Sessions will cover both you and dad, or if the dad cannot attend, you can bring a loved one who will support you during your journey (mother, sister, mother in law, etc.)
